Learn how to secure credits instantly using UPI transfers, understand the UTR reference verification system, and resolve pending transactions.

Initiating a Deposit

Go to [Wallet](/wallet) and input the amount you want to add. A dynamic QR code will be generated on screen. Scan it using any UPI payment app (such as PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, or BHIM).

Locating the UTR / Ref Number

After completing the payment in your UPI app, view the transaction details receipt. Look for the **12-digit numeric code** labeled as **UTR, UPI Ref No, or Transaction ID** (e.g., `412809283471`). Copy this code carefully.

Submitting for Instant Verification

Paste the 12-digit code into the **UTR Input Box** on the wallet page and click **Verify Payment**. Our system queries the banking ledger and credits the funds to your account instantly.

Warning: Avoid Double Submission Do not submit the same UTR multiple times or enter fake transaction numbers. Doing so will flag your account for manual fraud review and delay regular wallet updates.
